Our Story
Baghbaari began with a shared love for spaces that feel collected rather than decorated.
We have always been drawn to objects with a past. A weathered wooden bench. A hand-thrown pot. A carved detail from an old haveli. Things that carry the marks of the hands that made them, the places they came from, and sometimes, the lives they have already lived.
As an architect and a landscape designer, we spend much of our time thinking about spaces—how we inhabit them, how they make us feel, and how a house slowly becomes a home.
Baghbaari grew from those conversations.
The name brings together two ideas close to us: Bagh, a garden, and Baari, an enclosure, a home, a place to belong. Somewhere between the two lies the world we wanted to create.
